Fine Art Sales Executive

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Fine Art Sales Executive to help grow an established fine art business featuring Thomas Kinkade and other well-known artists.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and representing premium products. You'll work directly with art galleries, specialty retailers, and dealers to introduce new collections, grow existing accounts, and expand the company's presence in the fine art market.

This is a highly relationship-focused, consultative sales role. We're looking for someone who can tell the story behind a product, build trust with customers, and create long-term business partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing art galleries, dealers, and specialty retailers throughout your territory.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, opening new gallery and retail accounts.
  • Present fine art collections, new releases, and exclusive editions to gallery owners and decision-makers.
  • Help galleries select the right artwork, collections, and product offerings for their customers.
  • Drive sales through gallery visits, product launches, special events, and industry trade shows.
  • Educate gallery teams on artwork, collections, and selling strategies to help increase sales.
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage the sales process from initial contact through closing.
  • Build long-term partnerships that generate repeat business and continued account growth.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline, track opportunities in CRM, and meet revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful order fulfillment.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in B2B sales, account management, or consultative sales, including generating new business.
  • Experience selling premium products where quality, presentation, and relationships are important.
  • Strong prospecting skills and a track record of developing new accounts.
  • Ability to build relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and retail partners.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a territory independently.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel 50% or more for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.

Experience That Would Be a Plus

  • Background in fine art, galleries, art publishing, or framing.
  • Sales experience in luxury goods, home décor, furniture, jewelry, or interior design.
  • Experience managing dealer networks, retail partnerships, or established territories.
  • Knowledge of fine art editions, canvas prints, framing, or custom products.

Why This Opportunity?

  • Represent recognized artists and established fine art collections, including Thomas Kinkade.
  • Enjoy a combination of new business development and existing account management.
  • Build meaningful relationships with gallery owners and specialty retailers.
  • Work independently while having the support of an established organization.
  • Earn a competitive base salary plus commission, with opportunities for growth.
  • Travel to galleries, trade shows, and industry events while expanding your professional network.

If you're a driven sales professional who enjoys relationship-building, premium products, and the opportunity to grow a territory, we'd love to connect!
