Digital Marketing Manager

Our client is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives across multiple eCommerce and online sales channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketer who enjoys building campaigns, driving online growth, and using data to continuously improve performance.

The ideal candidate has experience managing digital marketing across D2C eCommerce, marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart, social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and emerging online channels. They combine creativity with strong analytical skills and are comfortable leveraging AI tools to develop content, optimize campaigns, and improve marketing effectiveness.

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and online sales.
• Manage content calendars and campaigns across social media, email, websites, paid advertising, and online marketplaces.
• Create and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and marketplace platforms.
• Grow and engage online communities through compelling social media content and audience interaction.
• Collaborate with creative, product, sales, and eCommerce teams to support product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance using GA4 and other marketing analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Leverage AI-powered marketing tools to improve content creation, campaign execution, and productivity.
• Manage multiple marketing projects while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and business objectives are met.

• 35 years of digital marketing experience in eCommerce, retail, or direct-to-consumer environments.
• Strong experience with social media management, paid digital advertising, email marketing, and content strategy.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or a comparable eCommerce platform.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and marketing performance reporting.
• Experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and online marketplaces.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to support marketing workflows.
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
