Job Description

As a Recruiter Trainee you’ll be responsible for finding, attracting and retaining exceptional technical talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Our team collaborates with IT, engineering and business leaders, uses data and market insights to guide and inform hiring decisions and helps scale teams that make an impact.
Responsibilities
• Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various tools
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline within technical skill focus
• Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of candidates through screening and interviews
• Manage and maintain relationships with contract employees while on assignment

Projected Budgeted Compensation
During the training period, you’ll be considered a Recruiter Trainee and start at an hourly rate of $19.23. After completion of the training program, you’ll then move into a Technical Recruiter role with a base salary of $45,000 and with unlimited earning potential through commission. Commissions start on the first dollar after moving to Technical Recruiter, there are also several tiers for you to progress through after graduated for increased base and commission structure! Cost of Labor Adjustment applicable in specific market.
