The Cash Management Analyst supports center cash operations by analyzing daily cash levels, monitoring bank activity, coordinating armored carrier services, and managing currency orders. This is a fast-paced analytical role that supports operational efficiency across ACE centers.
Saturday hours are required one to two times per month, with equivalent time off during the week.
Major Responsibilities
- Analyze daily center cash levels and usage trends to determine appropriate cash levels.
- Reconcile cash deposits to monitor bank activity and potential identify fraud.
- Review and analyze center cash forecast for accuracy and timely cash flow.
- Research and resolve cash deposits exceptions issues with field and partner bank.
- Monitor armored carrier delivery for performance and identify, resolve, and report inefficiencies.
- Support center cash operations by communicating with field support and district managers
- Performs other related duties as required.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This position might require long hours and weekend work.
