Populist Cleaning Co. is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Professionals to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a team, and want to grow your skills, we’d love to hear from you.
Now Hiring part-time weekend shifts in Warren, MI.
Sundays, after 9pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Dust, clean, and disinfect horizontal and vertical surfaces in restrooms, offices, break rooms, and kitchenettes
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors
- Operate cleaning equipment such as walk-behind and ride-on scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and upright vacuums
- Empty trash and recycling, and properly dispose of waste
- Provide excellent service and respond to customer needs as required

- Friendly and professional attitude
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Team player who can also work independently
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to take initiative and go above and beyond for customers
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to problem-solve and use good common sense
Physical Requirements:
- Able to walk, stand, bend, climb, kneel, push, pull, lift (up to 50 lbs.), and perform repetitive movements as part of daily cleaning tasks
