Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support business growth through proactive lead generation, outbound prospecting, and customer relationship development. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings or generating sales opportunities for the sales team.
The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and comfortable communicating with prospective customers by phone, email, and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and online research
- Identify and qualify prospective customers within target markets
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
- Schedule appointments and sales meetings for outside sales representatives or management
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in CRM systems
- Develop strong product and service knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and sales activity goals
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and prospects
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support company growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous inside sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating customer contact
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

- B2B sales experience
- Experience using CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Work Schedule
- Full-time / part time
- Monday through Friday
