Assessments may be completed in person, virtually, at our offices, or in the community, offering flexibility and accessibility for the individuals we serve. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments for youth, adults, and families 👨👩👧👦
✅ Provide clinical diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans following OhioMHAS & Medicaid guidelines 🧠📋
✅ Complete assessments:
✔️ Active Ohio License (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW) OR current counseling/social work intern invited to apply 🏅
✔️ Experience completing assessments, diagnostic evaluations, or treatment planning preferred
✔️ Strong skills in diagnosis, clinical formulation, and documentation
✔️ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with diverse communities 🗣️💞
✔️ Ability to work independently while maintaining strong professional collaboration 🤝
✔️ Familiarity with EHR systems & telehealth platforms is a plus 💻📊
