POSITION OVERVIEW
POPLIFE is hiring an Account Coordinator for its Client Service team to help plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of programming and event activities for our clients’ marketing campaigns and plans. Account Coordinator should be excited about a career in the fast-paced events business. We are looking for a self-starter who is interested in experiential marketing and/or F&B-related experience, and has an understanding of today’s cultural leaders and creators. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator, have efficient time management and organizational skills, in order to manage multiple responsibilities and deliverables with the core team and client members. Your goal will be to ensure high-quality service to our clients and that our internal account team runs effectively.
GENERAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to upper management across all assigned programs
- Manage financial admin (expenses, invoices, budgets, etc.)
- Participate in and report on all program activities
- Oversee execution, analysis, and optimization of programs/events
- Maintain professional communication with clients and agency partners
- Participate in company development and evolution initiatives
- Oversight of logistics & execution of event-based activity
- Development of program materials (Concept Decks, Playbooks, Training Manuals, etc.)
- Weekly company status reports and conference calls
- Analysis and reporting of all program results, KPIs, budget, and performance
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- 1 years in events, marketing, production, and/or client services agency roles
- High-level experience with Google and Microsoft suites. AI experience preferred
- Must be willing to work weekends and travel to work on-site at events in other Markets
- Exhibit initiative and the ability to work independently as well as with teams and leadership groups
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
