Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their bar experience
- Take drink and food orders accurately, ensuring prompt delivery and presentation
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, coffee drinks, and other specialty beverages, adhering to recipes and safety standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of food and beverages at all times
- Support catering events or banquet functions by serving guests efficiently and professionally
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster positive relationships
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of service quality in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
- Proven experience in fine dining or upscale food service environments is highly preferred
