Housekeeping PT/FT Job Description
Location: Loogootee, IN, 47553
Hours: Sunday through Saturday; 6:00 am to 2:00 pm; after school 3:30p-7:30 pm; alternating every other weekend off.
Skills Required:
- Experience in long term care facilities
- Knowledge of dementia and Alzheimer's care
- Proficient in cleaning techniques
- Familiarity with policies and procedures of long term care facilities
Job Responsibilities:
The Housekeeping staff will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents in a long term care facility. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Performing daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms and common areas
- Following proper sanitation protocols to prevent the spread of infections
- Assisting with laundry services as needed
- Adhering to all policies and procedures of the facility
