Popeye’s is hiring Restaurant Shift Managers who will play a key role in the operation of our restaurants.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s).
- Ensuring that employees are clean and neat in appearance.
- Personally, demonstrating that customer needs are the highest priority.
- Ensuring food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations.
- Complete daily paperwork to reconcile sales.
- Training new employees in all aspects of the operation.
- Scheduling employees.
- Ordering food products for the store.
Requirements
- Store Managers must have basic knowledge of Excel data entry and an understanding of web browsers to complete hiring and training duties.
