• Conduct planned coaching and mentoring for General Managers, Assistant Managers, and team members

• Provide positive, constructive, actionable feedback and support ongoing professional development

• Take a leadership role in market development activities to drive local sales growth

• Lead and drive district store performance to hit sales, labor, food cost, and operational targets.
• Coach and mentor General Managers and Assistant Managers with pre-planned store visit objectives.
• Deliver positive, constructive, actionable feedback that develops strong leaders and winning teams.
• Set clear expectations for key operations and management skills across the district.

• Monitor daily execution of Popeyes standards, procedures, and brand promises.
• Own district-level scheduling and labor optimization to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, HR, and Support teams to resolve issues fast and keep stores moving.
• Analyze data and trends to identify root causes and implement continuous improvement plans.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience by driving speed, accuracy, and quality on every shift.
