Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude, delivering enthusiastic and loving service
- Accurately take orders at the front counter and drive-thru, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Process payments quickly and correctly using cash, card, and digital methods
- Package food and drinks according to Popeyes’ high standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining, front counter, and guest areas
- Support team efforts by working multiple front-of-house stations as needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant safety procedures diligently
Ideal Candidate Qualities
- Friendly, dependable, and guest-focused with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, enthusiastic restaurant environment
- Eager to learn and adaptable to working various stations
- Reliable with punctual attendance and able to stand and move throughout shifts
- Capable of lifting up to 15 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
- Eligible to work in the United States and meets minimum age requirements
