Duties

• Oversee business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence.
• Manage large-scale projects by establishing timelines, allocating resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful delivery within scope and budget.
• Implement process improvements through data analysis and best practices to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Conduct change management initiatives to facilitate organizational transitions smoothly while maintaining employee engagement and productivity.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support strategic decision-making and ensure fiscal responsibility across operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management with a strong background in strategic planning and business development.
• Demonstrated success in supervising teams, managing large projects, and leading organizational change initiatives.
• Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, program management, and resource allocation to support operational goals.
• Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Effective communication skills coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
