Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations.
• Leading and motivating team members to provide top-notch customer service.
• Managing inventory, food safety, and quality control standards.
• Assisting in hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Handling scheduling, shift management, and resolving any operational challenges.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

We’re searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a team to achieve success. Here’s what you’ll need to bring to the table:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and lead a team with a positive attitude.

• Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick thinking and adaptability to handle challenges with ease.
