Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for running a profitable restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and making sure your location meets Popeyes high level of standards for ---- Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Work with the Restaurant General Manager to develop weekly, monthly quarterly plans to achieve store goals
- Provide mentoring and direction for your team to help set/grow a positive, fun and energetic store culture
- Hiring, training, and developing team members to make sure that the restaurant has the right team in place to achieve their current and future goals
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Applicant must have 6 months of leadership experience in in a Quick Serve Restaurant environment.
- Candidates must have effective oral and written communication skills and can effectively communicate at all levels of the business.
- Must have the ability to display effective leadership skills
- Ability to use a computer and basic software a must
- Candidates need to possess the ability to stand for long periods of time, kneel, and lift up to 50 ibs
- Open to working a 45 hour work schedule (8 to 10 hour days) and available on evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of attaining certification.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Salary : $40,000 - $48,000
