Team Member duties and responsibilities:
- Work as a team with Restaurant General Manager, Hourly Shift Manager, and other
Team Members to provide a great restaurant guest experience
- Maintain desired restaurant outcomes:
- Sales
- Customer experience
- Environment of Service
- Greet customers
- Take customer orders
- Expedite Food Orders
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for guests
- Handle cash accurately
Job requirements for the Team Member:
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures
- Ability to receive and count cash and give correct change
- Ability to interact with customers in a courteous manner
- Ability to take and prepare food orders
- Lifting and carrying 30 lbs.
- Ability to operate timers and cash register key pads
