Position: Production Associate
Employment Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week, year-round)
Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour

About the Role:
As a Production Associate, you'll be at the heart of our operations, crafting our gourmet popcorn. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Operating popcorn production machinery efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Assisting in other various store tasks, including retail associate, customer service, product packaging, and store maintenance
- Handling sales transactions and basic cash management
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly, self-motivated, and outgoing individuals
- To ensure full-time hours, you'll also be helping in our retail area during non production time.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under time constraints
- Strong attention to detail and proactive planning skills
- Willingness to work both weekday and weekend shifts as needed
