- Communicating with prospective clients using Zoom, LinkedIn, email, and other online platforms.
- Providing information about professional development resources and programs.
- Following established systems, onboarding procedures, and operational processes.
- Managing your own schedule and daily workflow.
- Participating in ongoing professional development and team training sessions.
We're interested in professionals who bring strong interpersonal skills and a background in education or learning environments.
Ideal Applicants Will Have
- At least five years of professional experience in education, training, learning and development, coaching, or instructional leadership.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience facilitating learning, mentoring, coaching, or supporting professional growth.
- Confidence using online communication platforms and digital tools.
- Strong self-management, initiative, and organizational skills.
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment.
