JOB SUMMARY:

We've recovered over a billion dollars for our clients in personal injury, medical malpractice, sexual abuse, employment, and consumer class and mass actions. Experience in plaintiff litigation, including personal injury litigation, is preferred. Experience is in sexual abuse or medical malpractice is a plus
- You'll be on a team with partners and senior associates managing both individual plaintiffs and complex legal matters from inception through trial. You'll build your referral sources and participate in legal associations across the city, state, and country
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a caseload of cases from inception to potential trial
- Work primarily in the area of personal injury
- Work closely with clients to understand their legal needs and provide effective solutions
- Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations in California
- Work with leadership to develop your own client base and referral sources
- Participate in local, state, and national trial lawyer associations
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California Bar. (Required)
- At least 2 year of experience in civil litigation
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing high-value cases
- Strong organizational and time management skills
