- Work location will be onsite 100% of the time, with a strong preference for candidates located near Tullahoma, Tennessee
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
- We have an opportunity within the Critical Path Controls division supporting Earned Value Management (EVM). The consultant may be responsible for developing earned value management reports, establishing, and managing Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB), analyzing earned value data, and presenting analysis to stakeholders
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Providing advice and guidance to project teams and stakeholders on Earned Value Management and project controls best practices
- Provide Earned Value Management analysis of Earned Value data and provide analysis to project stakeholders
- Support client's project controls team in gathering and producing monthly EVM data
- Support Integrated Baseline Reviews\Project Reviews
- Develop, write, and implement robust processes and procedures for Earned Value Management
- Strong problem-solving skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Education and Experience:
- US citizenship
- At least 5 years of hands-on earned value management experience in the construction or government contracting industries
- Strong EVM experience in government contracts
- Experience with Deltek Cobra
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Understanding of the Critical Path Method of scheduling theoretically and applicable experience on construction or capital acquisition projects is a plus
- Experience in writing and implementing project management and project controls processes and procedures is a plus
- Experience in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project is a plus
- Industry certification such as AACEi EVP, PMI PMP, etc. is a plus
