POSITION OVERVIEW:
- We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development & Marketing Representative to help expand our presence throughout Northeast Ohio. This position is responsible for developing strategic partnerships, generating new business opportunities, and promoting the company's restoration services within the community
- The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, and comfortable building relationships with insurance agents, property managers, commercial clients, and local organizations. This role combines business development, networking, and marketing efforts to help grow the company's brand and customer base
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development:
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, facility managers, and commercial clients throughout Northeast Ohio
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential and commercial restoration markets
- Conduct in-person meetings, networking events, presentations, and site visits to promote company services
- Build referral partnerships and strengthen existing client relationships
- Track leads, referrals, and sales activity to support company growth goals
- Represent Contractors professionally within the community and industry events
Marketing & Brand Growth:
- Assist with planning and executing local marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
- Help manage and grow the company's social media presence
- Coordinate promotional materials, sponsorships, networking events, and community involvement opportunities
- Support reputation management efforts including customer reviews and testimonials
- Collaborate with leadership to improve brand awareness and market visibility
Customer Relations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective clients and referral partners
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong communication throughout the relationship-building process
- Promote the company's commitment to quality, responsiveness, and professionalism
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in business development, marketing, sales, or account management preferred
- Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or related industries is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable attending networking events and engaging with community organizations
- Proficient with social media platforms and basic marketing tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration services
- CRM or sales tracking software experience
- Public speaking and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
