Pop Up Praise is a Christian ministry focused on fostering worship and prayer within college communities. By gathering on campuses, we strive to unite college-aged believers to reach students who have not yet experienced faith. Our mission is to create meaningful opportunities for students to encounter the Holy Spirit and develop a personal connection with Jesus. Through our efforts, we aim to nurture spiritual growth and build vibrant faith-based communities.

This is a full-time, on-site Team Member role based in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. As a Team Member, you will assist in planning and executing worship and prayer events on local college campuses. Your responsibilities may include fostering relationships with students, developing outreach strategies, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring smooth event execution. You will also play an active role in building community connections, mentoring students, and aligning initiatives with the ministry’s mission.

• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
• Organizational and event planning capabilities, including managing logistics and schedules
• Experience in community outreach or ministry-related activities
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team while taking initiative
• A passion for fostering spiritual growth and a personal commitment to the ministry’s values
• Familiarity with Christian worship practices and the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups
• Previous experience in student mentorship or leadership roles is a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
