Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end human resources operational processes. The ideal candidate will bring approximately 7-10 years of progressive HR operations experience, with deep expertise in core employee lifecycle management (onboarding, transfer, promotion, separation) and proficiency in HRIS system. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the efficiency, and compliance of our HR operations, while enhancing the experience for both employees and internal stakeholders.
What You Will Achieve
- Lead and manage HR operational activities, with a focus on employee lifecycle management to ensure consistent experience.
- Oversee the administration and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and workflows related to HR operations, ensuring alignment with multistate and international labor laws, regulations, and company objectives.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for related HR system, responsible for system configuration, data integrity, report generation, user training, and troubleshooting to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze HR operations metrics (e.g., onboarding completion rate, transfer processing time, data accuracy rate) to identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and drive operational excellence.
- Manage a team , providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other HR functions or departments to resolve HR operational issues, streamline processes, and ensure effective delivery of HR services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor regulations and company policies throughout all HR operational processes, conducting regular audits to mitigate risks.
- Lead special projects related to HR operations optimization, such as system upgrades, process digitization, or global operational standardization.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, with progressive responsibility in a corporate environment; manager-level experience is preferred.
- Expertise in core HR operational processes, particularly employee lifecycle management (onboarding, transfer, promotion, separation).
- Advanced proficiency in Workday, ADP and other HRIS systems, including system configuration, data management, report building, and user support.
- Strong understanding of local and relevant labor laws and regulations, with a track record of ensuring HR operational compliance.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and build positive stakeholder relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, data integrity, and operational excellence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus.

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
