Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including craft cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to provide excellent customer service and enhance their overall experience.
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed and accurately processing cash transactions using POS systems such Toast
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Handle cash handling duties efficiently, including processing payments and giving accurate change with basic math skills.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours and special events like catering or nightclub nights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within the hospitality industry, preferably with fine dining or nightclub backgrounds.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer trends.
• Familiarity with POS systems such Toast for order processing and cash handling.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
