* Support day-to-day administrative and event operations
* Manage and nurture inbound sales leads through our sales funnel
* Respond to client inquiries and help move prospects toward booking
* Assist with proposals, scheduling, follow-up, and CRM management
* Support event design, rentals, and client experiences
* Represent POP with professionalism, enthusiasm, and creativity
What We’re Looking For:
* Outgoing, personable, and confident communicator
* Creative eye and interest in events, design, and hospitality
* Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
* Comfortable with technology, email, and CRM systems
* Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
* Sales-minded with a genuine desire to help clients create incredible events
