More than just a Job

As a Service Scheduler with Poolwerx:

• You’ll help create backyard memories for local families and commercial partners, through delivering sparkling, clean, and chemically safe swimming pools.
• You’ll also think on your feet to resolve any challenges you may encounter and build strong relationships with your clients.
  
  
  

Service Scheduler Responsibilities

• Provide a reliable, efficient, and professional service to clients and client follow-up to every customer, every time.
• Coordinate and optimize service routes.
• Monitor any sudden route changes and work with drivers to adjust routes
• Cultivate strong relationships with technicians and customers to reduce the stress caused by last-minute schedule changes
  
  
  

What you’ll need:

• A high school diploma / GED required
• Minimum of one year of scheduling experience
• Strong knowledge of the roadways throughout the immediate area
• Ability to work in a team environment in high-pressure situation
• Adequate computer skills in Word, Excel, and Google Maps
• Attention to detail
• Technical aptitude
