Billiards.com and PoolTables.com are looking for a dependable and friendly Seasonal Customer Service & Warehouse Associate to join our Portland team through the busy holiday season.
This is a hands-on position combining customer service, retail, shipping, and warehouse work. We're looking for someone comfortable helping customers by phone and in person while also jumping in to pack orders and help around the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls for Billiards.com and PoolTables.com
- Make outbound customer calls regarding orders and follow-ups
- Handle customer service questions and order-related issues
- Assist customers in our Portland retail store
- Pack and prepare orders for UPS shipment
- Pick orders, print shipping labels, and ensure accurate shipments
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory
- Perform basic computer, order-processing, and data-entry tasks
- Keep the warehouse and retail areas clean and organized
- Help with other customer service and warehouse duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to help with both customer-facing and warehouse tasks
- Previous customer service, retail, shipping, or warehouse experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and be comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, packing, stocking, and performing general warehouse duties.
This is a seasonal position beginning ASAP and running through December 31, 2026, with approximately 30–35 hours per week.
Pay: $16–$18/hour depending on experience.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 35.0 per week
