What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner position at Poolside Infrastructure Company?
About PIC
At PIC we're not just building data centers; we're reimagining how AI infrastructure gets developed, financed, and scaled by combining hyperscale-grade facilities with direct access to energy, land, and fiber at a scope that simply doesn't exist anywhere else. Backed by a best-in-class supply chain, world-class partners, and advanced partnerships with major hyperscale customers, PIC is poised to become a multi-billion dollar platform with ambitions to layer cloud, compute, and advanced manufacturing on top of our energy foundation.
If you want to work at the intersection of AI, energy, and infrastructure at a scale that will shape the next decade of compute, join our team.
About The Role
We're hiring our first dedicated recruiter to build the teams powering the next decade of compute. You'll partner directly with leaders across construction, datacenter operations, network engineering, and energy to find, close, and onboard the people who will shape PIC's future. We will be hiring a high volume of people over this year, but what matters most is how every single candidate feels throughout the process. You'll be the first impression of PIC for the people we want to bring on board, and that carries real weight.
If you're someone who believes recruiting is fundamentally about people, not just pipelines, this is your role. You care as much about the candidates you don't hire as the ones you do. You build relationships that last well beyond the offer letter, and you take pride in creating a process that leaves people feeling respected, informed, and genuinely excited about PIC regardless of outcome.
You also know speed wins and that to hire 100 people in a year, it takes work, automation and a little external help. You’re ready for the challenge!

- Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines and levels, from individual contributors to senior technical leaders
- You read the room with precision and adjust your approach accordingly, whether you're delivering tough news to a candidate, navigating a tricky hiring manager conversation, or celebrating a win with the team
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to build pipelines for passive, hard-to-find talent in niche technical domains
- Highly proficient with modern ATS systems like Ashby, Lever, or Greenhouse
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; you build trust quickly and follow through consistently

- Obsessed with automation and making your own life, and others’, easier by getting rid off manual and repetitive tasks
- Experience recruiting for datacenters, industrial or manufacturing environments, or AI
- Experience establishing recruiting dashboards and reporting processes with regular stakeholder communication
