Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Pool Designer / Sales professional to join our team. This on-site role, based in Henderson, NV, involves working closely with clients to design custom swimming pools and outdoor features that align with their vision and budget. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, creating 2D/3D pool designs, preparing proposals, and managing the sales process from concept to completion. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the project.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in pool design tools such as CAD, 2D/3D modeling software, and other design programs
- Experience in sales and client interaction, including understanding customer needs and closing deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong project management skills, including attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects
- Basic knowledge of pool construction and landscaping is a plus
- Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
- Prior experience in the pool design or construction industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field is considered an advantage
