Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pool Technician to join our team. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our swimming pools to ensure they are safe, clean, and well-maintained for our customers. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong understanding of pool maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including vacuuming, brushing, and testing pool water chemistry.
Maintain and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters.
Conduct regular inspections of the pool and surrounding areas to identify any issues or potential problems.
Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices for pool maintenance and repair.
Experience:
Previous experience as a pool technician is REQUIRED.
Strong understanding of pool maintenance and repair procedures.
Mechanical knowledge and experience with pool equipment.
Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies.
Familiarity with hand and power tools.
Experience working independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
