We are currently seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team in Poolesville, Maryland.
We are located between Baltimore and Washington, D.C., privately-owned in a new state of the art facility that has served as a trusted resource for pet owners for over 28 years. Many of our staff members have been employed with us for over 12 years. Our hospital is known for advanced medical capabilities, both medical and surgical with focus on mentorship, and a culture that supports both personal and professional growth.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome as soon as they arrive at the clinic.
- Appointment Coordination: Efficiently manage appointment scheduling and reminders, ensuring our clinic runs smoothly.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, texts, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information regarding services and appointment availability.
- Administrative Support: Assist our veterinary team with electronic medical records, invoicing/payment processing, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with veterinary staff to coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and patient care instructions. Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Client Education: Provide basic information to clients regarding preventive care, medications, and treatment plans as directed by our team of veterinarians.
