Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entry-Level Front Office Coordinator at Poolemerica Enterprises, located in Baton Rouge, LA. The position involves managing day-to-day front office operations, including answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, welcoming visitors, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office administration tasks. The coordinator will also provide excellent customer service and support to clients, employees, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in phone etiquette and the ability to manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills for appointment scheduling and maintaining calendars.
• Experience in office administration and managing receptionist duties, including handling correspondence and office supplies.
• Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming and professional first impression.
