General Labor Associate

Aqua Tri is a family-owned company and a global leader in the swimming pool industry since 1986. Located near Ontario International Airport, we are currently hiring for multiple full-time Labor Associate positions. While this role begins in general labor, we are seeking proactive, driven individuals who are eager to grow into the next generation of leadership within our company.

Position Details

Pay: Starting at $21.00 per hour

Employment Type: Full-time, direct hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:15 PM

Weekend Work: None

Location: 501 Doubleday Avenue, Ontario, CA 91761

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general labor and warehouse duties

- Repack dry swimming pool chemicals into containers of various sizes

- Palletize products for shipment

- Lift and move containers weighing up to 55 lbs.

- Wear required personal protective equipment, including full-face respirators, protective suits, and chemical resistant gloves

- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas

Qualifications

- Previous labor or warehouse experience strongly preferred

- Training provided

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude

- Able to safely lift up to 55 lbs.

- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Word and Excel

- Authorized to work in the United States
