Field Inspector

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Field Inspector to join our team. This role involves conducting on-site inspections to ensure construction projects meet quality standards and contractual specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, quality control, and inspection processes, with the ability to analyze data and interpret schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of construction sites and related infrastructure to verify adherence to grading plans and schematics.
• Conduct quality control assessments and quality inspections throughout various phases of construction projects.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and construction management documents to ensure project specifications are met
• Identify potential issues or deviations from contract requirements and communicate findings effectively to project managers
• Document inspection results accurately through reports and photographic evidence

Experience

• Proven experience in construction inspection, construction site experience, or related roles within the swimming pool or hardscape construction industries.
• Strong knowledge of grading plans, schematics, and construction management principles
• Familiarity with quality control processes, data collection, and analysis skills for inspection purposes
• Experience working on swimming pool construction sites, including understanding of site management.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
• Must be able to read swimming pool grading plans and understand elevations.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
