Job Description: Pool & Spa Enclosures LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to expand our dealer network, identify new market opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
While the role includes some marketing support to aid sales efforts, the ideal candidate is a hunter and relationship-builder first. You will be responsible for prospecting new partners (i.e. Pool builders, Pool/spa service companies, Contractors, Architects etc.) building lasting relationships with key decision-makers, and introducing the benefits of partnering with the industry leader in retractable enclosures to offer our enclosure.
About Us: Pool & Spa Enclosures is part of the IPC team, the best-recognized manufacturer of telescopic enclosures for pools, patios & spas in the industry. Our passion for providing top-notch enclosures has led us to produce over 6,000 enclosures per year. We have the knowledge and experience to provide the best product at a competitive price. We have done retractable roofs over restaurants, utility water holding tanks, dog runs, turtle habitats, and thousands of pools. If you can dream it, we can build it!
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development (Primary Focus):
- Dealer Acquisition: Proactively identify and recruit new companies and potential dealers to expand our network.
- Outreach & Prospecting: Execute cold calling, email campaigns, and networking strategies to generate new B2B leads.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers throughout our dealer network.
- Sales Presentations: Present our product offerings and value proposition effectively to potential partners and clients.
- Provide quotes for retractable pool, spa and patio enclosures.
Marketing Support (Secondary Focus):
- Sales Enablement: Assist in developing and updating sales materials, such as brochures, presentations, and dealer kits.
- Brand Maintenance: Maintain a baseline presence on social media and digital channels to ensure brand visibility (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Content Support: Collaborate with the team to capture project photos or testimonials that can be used for sales collateral.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
- Highly motivated self-starter, energetic, enthusiastic, and hardworking.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage a sales pipeline independently; loves to talk all day on the phone, building relationships!
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of social media for business or digital marketing concepts.
