We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in pool maintenance and repair. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that swimming pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained for our clients. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Duties
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surface.
- Inspect pool equipment for proper operation and conduct necessary repairs or replacements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform maintenance tasks.
- Monitor chemical levels in pools and adjust as needed to maintain safe water quality.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding pool maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and equipment used during each visit.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to safety protocols.
Experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot pool equipment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
