Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Telepsychiatry)

Pool of Bethesda Psychiatric Health is hiring a Hybrid on-site and Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (must be certified in Psych) who can provide anywhere telepsychiatry services to their growing list of patients in Arizona. We focus on our patients before profits and devote TIME to accurately diagnose and treat their issues. We make the effort because we CARE and, as a result, the lives of our patients have the best chance to improve, allowing for a fully functional life. We frequently devote 30-60 minutes to each patient, and sometimes longer, to ensure they receive the best care possible. As a result, current FNP's may not be ready to spend this amount of time. Many FNP's are unable to successfully make the transition to psychiatry and are unable to meet our standards of care for our psych patients. Please give this serious thought prior to applying. New patients are shocked, having dealt with other providers who rush them in and out in 10-15 minutes, only to misdiagnose and mistakenly prescribe the wrong medication. Our standards are high and our philosophy is pure, so if you’re a like-minded mental health professional, we want YOU!!!

is to remain Telepsych as long as possible and only see patients in-person when required or when the Psych NP prefers to see them.

Qualifications:

• Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Board Certified or Eligible with an active license in the United States, particularly in Arizona,
• Availability between 20 and 40 hours per week
