Pool Monitoring Professionals provide monitoring and janitorial service to homeowners associations and condominiums across the Atlanta Metro area. We are urgently seeking Pool Monitors to a weekend position in Douglasville. MUST be able to start immediately. All positions are 1099.
Job Skills & Requirements: Applicant must have a Positive Attitude, Good Communication Skills, Customer Service experience in any capacity, Good reading and writing skills, Reliable, Dependable, People Oriented and must have reliable transportation. Ability to exercise sound judgment and perform well under pressure are a MUST.
Education Requirements: Minimum - High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Certification

Responsibilities
Gate Access Monitoring: Greet guests as they enter and confirm that they are members of the association. Maintain sign-in log
Pool Deck: Pick up trash/debris and abandoned items, straighten deck furniture and empty ash trays/trash cans as needed.
Trash Service: Place trash receptacles along curbside for weekly pickup on days provided by the association and return after emptied.
Cleaning/Sanitizing: Clean and stock restroom as needed, straighten pool furniture and put umbrellas down at the end of each shift.
