What You’ll Do as a Repair Technician
As a Pool Leak Hero, you’ll be the go-to expert for homeowners, tackling pool leaks with skill and confidence. Think repairing broken pipes under the ground or repairing a leak in the pool shell. You’re not afraid of the heat, cold, getting dirty, or power tools, all while delivering top-notch customer service with a smile. Your days will be filled with.. Well pretty simple:
- Fixing pool leaks. Bringing your problem solving skills and can do attitude to every job.
- Driving the stunning Gulf Coast (from Destin to Port St. Joe and up to the state line—hope you love podcasts because our drives can be over an hour at times!).
What We’re Looking For
We want hard-working, optimistic individuals with:
- Must-Haves:
- Valid Driver’s License (required, 3 years licensed driving experience).
- 21 years old.
- Good character and a teachable mindset.
- Experience with full-time manual labor or construction work.
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Basic knowledge of power tools or construction-like work.
- A knack for problem-solving and a hunger to learn.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
This is a hands-on role where you’ll:
- Operate power tools and handle equipment.
- Lift, push, pull, or carry 80 lbs.
- Be exposed to long drives and occasional long days.
- Work outdoors in various environmental conditions, around machinery, and with loud noises typical of construction sites.

Requirements
