Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Plano, TX for a Service Department Tech/Field Supervisor. The role entails overseeing day-to-day service operations in the field, responsible for answering/returning emergency line calls, performing maintenance and repair tasks for clients, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues in the field, and supervising the field service team. Additionally, the role includes ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and high-quality service while coordinating closely with team members and management in the office.

- Expertise in Maintenance & Repair and routine service tasks
- Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Field Service processes and responsibilities
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, ensuring smooth client interactions
- Capacity to lead and work collaboratively with team members
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of swimming pool systems and equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent, with technical certifications preferred
- Physical ability to work outdoors and perform hands-on tasks
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must have TDLR/RAIL certification
