Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Pool Service Technician to run a weekly service route and deliver consistent, high-quality pool care to our customers.
This role is hands-on and customer-facing. You’ll be responsible for cleaning pools, balancing water chemistry, inspecting equipment, and communicating clearly with both customers and our internal team. We value technicians who take ownership of their route, work efficiently, and care deeply about doing quality work.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a weekly pool service route
- Perform routine pool cleanings, vacuuming, brushing, and debris removal
- Test and balance water chemistry accurately
- Clean skimmers, baskets, filters, tile lines, and salt cells
- Inspect pool equipment and identify potential repair needs
- Communicate service notes, issues, and recommendations clearly to the office
- Maintain company truck, tools, and chemical inventory
- Follow all safety procedures and company service standards
- Provide professional, respectful service at every customer visit
Qualifications
- 2 years of professional pool service experience required
- Strong understanding of pool water chemistry and circulation systems
- Experience running a pool service route independently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
- Comfortable using a smartphone and service apps
- CPO certification
