Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Handle administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain an organized office and ensure timely communication distribution.
• Create, update, and manage records with precision.
• Submit and track permits with various municipalities, ensuring compliance.
Qualifications:
- Adherence to laws and best practices in dealing with customers and data.
- Experience handling permits is required.
- Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Proficiency in English.
- High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks under pressure is a must for this
- Flexible for overtime and weekends; peak season may require up to six days/week.
