Role Description The Loan Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for consulting with prospective borrowers, assessing their financial needs, and recommending appropriate loan products. Day-to-day tasks include taking and processing loan applications, gathering and reviewing financial documentation, coordinating with underwriting, and ensuring compliance with lending guidelines and regulations. The Loan Officer will communicate regularly with clients, real estate partners, and internal team members to provide updates, resolve issues, and support a smooth closing process. The role also involves maintaining an active pipeline, following up on leads, and contributing to business development activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong loan officer experience, including loan origination and borrower consultation skills.
