Responsibilities
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for toddlers and preschoolers.
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and nurturing environment for young children.
- Utilize effective communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Provide individualized attention and support to meet the diverse needs of each child.
- Foster a love for learning through engaging and interactive teaching methods.
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop and enhance the curriculum.
- Monitor and assess student progress to adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Implement behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior in the classroom.
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and incorporate them into daily activities.
