What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pet Resort Supervisor position at Pooch Hotel?
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Team Supervisor, reporting to the General Manager and Resort Manager, supervises the day-to-day operations of the hotel/resort by leading their shift team to deliver an exceptional experience for furry guests and their pet parents. This includes managing and coaching the team to maintain quality and cleanliness standards, adherence to policies, and delivery of guest care including playgroup management, meals, and services execution.

Essential job activities include:
- Supervise hotel/resort operations per schedule and standards
- Supervise and set the example for the team in proper execution of all tasks as it relates to guest care and comfort.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to existing team
- Ensure the completion of daily operations that ensure the safety, cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel/resort
- Work front reception desk when needed, including check-ins/check-outs, pet registrations, customer emails and phone inquiries from Pet Parents
