Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist customers with packing and shipping options through various carriers.
- Manage mailbox rentals and ensure customer information is accurate.
- Perform data entry tasks related to customer interactions and transactions.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating effectively over the phone.
- Support sales efforts by promoting additional services offered at the center.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
