General Manager – Pony Express Car Wash
Location: On-site | Schedule: 45-hour work week | Salary: $50,000 bonuses & commission

As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of daily operations, team development, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. You’ll lead by example, develop team members, and foster a positive, productive culture where everyone is set up to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all daily operations of the car wash facility
- Lead the team in setting, tracking, and achieving weekly and monthly goals
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach team members to meet performance and service standards
- Maintain a strong, positive team culture through clear communication and consistent leadership
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address issues promptly to ensure top-tier service
- Conduct regular performance reviews and ongoing development of staff
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of all equipment; troubleshoot issues when needed
- Maintain knowledge of wash products, chemicals, and best practices for wash quality
- Enforce safety protocols and operational procedures across the facility

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3 years of experience in a customer service or operations leadership role
- Previous general management or multi-team leadership experience preferred
