About the position

You will receive extensive training about our products, services and sales process.

You will prospect for clients, consult your prospects regarding their needs, and close new client relationships.

Our agency provides leads to enhance your success.

Networking to build referral partners will be an important part of your sales process and professional development.

Property and Casualty Insurance license preferred, but not required.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

High level sales performance is required.

Candidates will be required to demonstrate past sales success. We work to earn clients for life.

All of our actions must be driven by a commitment to serve our clients honestly and ethically.

A Property and Casualty license or the ability to obtain one.

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
