Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer / Maintenance professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintenance across various facilities and help organize and set up for upcoming events. We perform a wide variety of task and duties and offer on the job training for areas that you may lack in.
Duties
- Operate heavy machinery including tractors, skid steers, mowers to help prepare for events. And to help clean up after events.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.
- Mow and weedeat.
- Clean buildings after events.
- Perform construction activities such as, setting up temporary cattle panels and gates for events, leveling and maintaining rodeo arena, and other various task as needed.
- Assist with site cleanup, material handling, and debris removal after events.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all operations and report any hazards or incidents immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to project timelines.
- Work weekends as needed depending on events.
Skills
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as tractors, skid steers, mowers, weed eaters, dump trucks.
- Skilled in basic general maintenance
- Ability to communicate and interact with vendors.
- Teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently when required.
- Time management
Requirements
- Must be able to pass drug/alcohol screening
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have a dependable way work
- Must be able to lift 50lbs

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month
